2. Services Provided
VisionTradersFX provides trading signals for Forex, Gold, Crypto, and indices via a private Telegram group. We also offer mentorship, 1:1 Zoom calls, personal goal planning, mindset coaching, priority Q&A, trade reviews, and community support.

3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Educational Purpose Only
All signals, analysis, and materials provided by VisionTradersFX are strictly for educational purposes. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice or an offer to invest. You remain fully responsible for your own trading decisions.

5. No Guarantee of Results
While our signals are based on careful analysis and we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee profits, success, or specific outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability
Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, including the risk of losing all your invested capital. By using our services, you acknowledge that VisionTradersFX cannot and will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes you may experience.
We expressly state that our limitation of liability is not only our policy, but also a requirement under applicable laws and regulations governing financial services and educational content. By continuing to use our services, you agree that VisionTradersFX bears no responsibility for your trading results.

7. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use our signals, mentorship, and educational materials solely for your personal trading.

  • Not share, distribute, copy, or resell any of our paid content, including signals or educational resources, without prior written permission.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details and keep them up to date.

  • Keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Prohibited Activities & Legal Consequences

  • Reverse-engineer, reproduce, or steal our proprietary signals, strategies, or content.

  • Share our paid materials with third parties.

  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services. Furthermore, unauthorized sharing or distribution of our paid signals or materials will be considered a serious breach of these Terms and may lead to civil or criminal proceedings. 9. Payments & Refunds
